Below is a list of typical repairs offered for rigid endoscopes.
Upon receipt of your equipment, we will perform a full inspection and offer an
Inspection Sheet and written estimate for your review
prior to beginning work. DEES reserves the right to
set pricing for each repair upon receipt and inspection of the equipment.

  1. Comprehensive leak and shock testing
  2. Diamond polishing of saphire window or tip lens
  3. Fiber optic light connection rebonding and polishing
  4. Testing of interior optical systems, including ocular lens
  5. Functional optical testing of all mechanical parts
  6. Laser adjustment of optical system and ocular lens
  7. Disassemble and clean optical lens system
 

Level 2 Repair
  1. Level 1 repair plus:
  2. Replace/repair objective lens system
 

Level 3 Repair
  1. Level 1 and 2 repairs plus:
  2. Replacement of inner and outer tubing
  3. Replacement of fiber optic light bundle
