90 Day Equipment Service Warranty
Direct Endoscopy Equipment Services, Inc. will repair your endoscope at no charge to you at any time within the first 90 days that you receive your endoscope from D.E.E.S. This warranty will be void if the repaired equipment has been vandalized, abused, or misused by the customer. This assessment will be determined when D.E.E.S. examines the equipment and issues the customer a repair form with an explanation of the needed repair and a price quote for the repair. Only upon approval by the customer will any work begin on any type of repair.
